Job summary

ArchWell Health in Phoenix seeks a Primary Care physician to join outpatient centers focused on Seniors. You will provide preventive primary care to patients 60 years and older in a clinic setting with a strong emphasis on patient well-being and work-life balance.

The role features Monday–Friday hours, no weekends or extended hours, a small panel size, and a full supportive care team. Cloud-based EMR and modern, community-based facilities support daily practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduates.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required).
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required.
• Active, non-probationary Arizona medical license OR ability to obtain full Arizona medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient position treating patients aged 60 years and older.
• Clinic hours Monday–Friday with no weekends or extended hours.
• Maintain small panel sizes to build relationships with patients.
• Work with a full supportive care team and cloud-based EMR.
• Facilities located within the community with state-of-the-art amenities.
