Job summary

ArchWell Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Primary Care physician to join its outpatient centers dedicated to seniors aged 60 and older. You will focus on preventive care and build relationships with patients in a supportive, community-based setting.

The role is Monday–Friday, with no weekends or extended hours, a small patient panel, and a full care team. A modern, cloud-based EMR and state-of-the-art facilities support daily practice.

Qualifications

• MD/DO graduates required.
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to seniors (60+) in ArchWell Health clinics.
• Foster long-term relationships with patients through preventive and comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with a full care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize cloud-based EMR and modern facilities to deliver high-quality care.

Education
