• Salary Range: $85,000 - $143,000 annually

Position Summary

Performs routine and specialized imaging procedures, prepares patients, assists Radiologists, manages equipment, develops films, and adheres to standards of care. Maintains professional judgment, continuing education, and provides patient care.

Essential Functions

• Prepares and positions patients, documents images accurately.
• Produces quality images and assists physicians.
• Performs equipment QA, manages supplies, and responds to emergencies.
• Maintains cleanliness, processes images, and communicates with radiologists and physicians.

Education & Experience

• Completion of a certified ultrasound program or Limited Permit/certificate.
• ARDMS eligibility after 1 year from graduation and 1000 clinical hours; ARDMS required for ACR accreditation or ARRT (S) or RT (VS).
• Experience preferred, with ongoing education to maintain certification.
• BLS certification through AHA required within 90 days of hire.
