Creative Spirit Counseling in Fargo, ND is seeking a growth-minded therapist to join our practice. The ideal candidate will provide innovative and evidence-based interventions, value continued education and collaboration, and apply a whole-health mindset with a focus on trauma-informed care.

As a full-time Mental Health Therapist, you will conduct 104–121 client sessions per month, maintain compliant documentation, participate in weekly team meetings, collaborate with leadership, keep licensure

Qualifications

• Master's from an accredited university in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in outpatient mental health therapy for individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for treatment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organization skills to maintain up-to-date clinical records.
• Familiarity with privacy, health, and safety laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an average of approximately 104-121 scheduled client sessions per month (≈24-28 per week) with flexibility based on client needs and supervision requirements.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with CSC policies and regulatory standards.
• Attend and participate in weekly team meetings and clinical consultations.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support quality care and professional growth.
• Maintain active clinical licensure and adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, care teams, and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain accurate and ethical billing in collaboration with Operations Manager.
• Provide evidence-informed care aligned with CSC values and scope of practice.
• Maintain reliable attendance and effective schedule management.
