Therapy Solutions in Dickinson, North Dakota is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient counseling team. You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on evidence-based approaches and client-centered care.

This role emphasizes collaboration with other clinicians, comprehensive intake assessments, treatment planning, and HIPAA-compliant documentation, with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Faith-based counseling offered when appropriate.

Qualificações

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
• License in North Dakota or eligible for ND licenses (LCSW/LPCC/LMSW/LAPC).
• Strong knowledge of counseling theories and treatment planning.
• Commitment to ethics and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with individuals, couples, families and healthcare teams.
• Client-centered care mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
• Help clients develop insight into themselves, relationships, and goals.
• Guide clients in developing coping skills and solutions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
• Evaluate mental health status and adjust treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate care.
• Refer clients to specialists or community resources as needed.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and records.
• Remain current on research and best practices.
• Offer faith-based counseling when appropriate and aligned with teachings.
