Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field is required.
• Two or more years of experience in behavioral health/outpatient services.
• Open to working in the early evening to meet client needs.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality mental health therapy to children and adolescents.
• Deliver individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
