Best Point Education & Behavioral Health seeks an Outpatient Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat children and adolescents in a collaborative, office-based setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapy, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress while engaging families for continuity of care.

The role requires a Master's in a related field, Ohio licensure (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC/MFT/IMFT), and 2+ years of relevant experience, with some evenings

Formación

• Master's degree in a related human services field.
• Two+ years of behavioral health outpatient experience.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy for children and adolescents.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to ensure continuity of care.
