You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in behavioral health or outpatient mental health services.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Deliver individual and group counseling services utilizing evidence-based and client-centered approaches.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with families, community partners, and treatment providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain proficiency in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate actively as a positive and engaged member of the outpatient team.
• Advocate for quality improvement and enhanced clinical outcomes.
• Meet productivity standards and comply with agency policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned
