Recovery & Wellness Centers of Midwest Ohio is seeking an outpatient therapist to join our Greenville-based team on a remote, part-time basis. The position offers the chance to provide psychotherapy and diagnostic services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff from a HRSA-eligible employer.

You will develop treatment plans, document in CareLogic, and support interns as applicable, while upholding confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's level licensure (LSW/LPC) or eligible for independent licensure.
• Willing to provide supervision if licensure includes supervision designation.
• Oral & written communication skills; good customer service.
• Comfort with computer-based clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Informs clients of limits to confidentiality and payment expectations.
• Performs diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy within scope.
• Completes Individual Treatment Plans with the client before services.
• Coordinates interventions with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Provides emergency consultation and crisis intervention as needed.
• Completes all billable documentation within 24 hours of service.
• Maintains documentation on referrals and discharges.
• May supervise interns in professional training when appropriate.
• Engages in community outreach and mental health education.
• Ensures CPR/First Aid skills and maintains safe, clean workplace.
