Darke County Recovery Services, DBA Recovery & Wellness Centers of Midwest Ohio, seeks an Outpatient Therapist in a hybrid role based in Greenville, Ohio. The position supports diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy within scope of practice, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires licensure options (LSW/LPC or graduate psychology) or independent licensure, plus strong communication and client-service skills.

Qualificações

• Base level licensure (LSW, LPC, or graduate level psychology trainee/assistant) or independent licensure (LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, or Psychologist).
• Willingness to provide/licensure supervision if applicable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Performs diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy within scope of practice with clients.
• Completes the Individual Treatment Plan with the client before services.
• Coordinates interventions with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Provides emergency consultation, assessment and crisis intervention as needed.
• Completes billable documentation within 24 hours of service; maintains proper records.

All employees are eligible to participate in our 403B retirement program.**Responsibilities**Informs clients of limits to confidentiality, rights regarding services delivered, and payment expectationsPerforms diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy services within scope of practice in collaboration with clientsCompletes the Individual Treatment Plan in collaboration with the client before any services are provided.Coordinates interventions with a multi-disciplinary treatment teamProvides emergency consultation, assessment, and crisis intervention, in the office or at the ICU.Completes all billable documentation within 24 hours of the service.
