Darke County Recovery Services DBA Recovery and Wellness Centers of Midwest Ohio is seeking licensed or graduate-level clinicians to provide diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary setting.

The role requires strong communication and client-centered care, with supervision availability and responsibilities spanning community outreach, documentation, and crisis intervention.

Qualifikationen

• Base level licensure options include LSW/LPC or graduate psychology trainee/assistant; independent licensure options include LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, or Psychologist.
• Willing to provide licensure supervision if supervision designation is part of licensure.
• Oral & written communication skills are required.
• Proficient use of Carelogic for clinical documentation and Word/email communication.

• Inform clients of confidentiality limits, rights, and payment expectations.
• Perform diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy within scope of practice with clients.
• Complete Individual Treatment Plan with client before services are provided.
• Coordinate interventions with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide emergency consultation, assessment, and crisis intervention.
• Complete billable documentation within 24 hours of service; maintain other required documentation.
• Refer to appropriate professionals or outside agencies as indicated.
• Participate in program needs assessments and peer review; support performance improvement objectives.
• Possibly supervise interns.
• Conduct community outreach and education, including mental health education and prevention programs.
• Provide billable services with productivity targets (min 50%).
• Comply with confidentiality and PHI rules.
