Job summary

Hickory Trail Hospital, a UHS facility near Dallas, is seeking PRN Outpatient Therapists for its Better Days Day Hospital PHP/IOP program. The Outpatient Therapist will support Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient services, with duties spanning assessment, discharge planning, group and individual therapy, and case management.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or a clinical mental health field and state licensure (LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LPC-I/LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
• One (1) year experience in a psychiatric/behavioral health setting preferred; outpatient experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to day-to-day operations of Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs.
• Perform administrative tasks, utilization review, assessment, discharge planning, and case management.
• Deliver group and individual therapy as part of the program.
