Job summary

Pinewood Springs Mental Health & Wellness in Columbia, TN seeks an Outpatient Therapist with MSW to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care. You will conduct assessments, provide therapy in individual and group settings, and contribute to treatment planning within a multidisciplinary team.

Required qualifications include an MSW and appropriate licensure as well as certifications such as BCLS and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field required.
• Licensure may be required (LMSW/LPC-A or equivalent).
• BCLS and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Develop treatment plans and attend planning meetings.
• Assess safety and report risk factors or changes in condition.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the multidisciplinary team.
• Complete assessments, progress notes and documentation promptly.
• Provide post-discharge follow-up as indicated.
