Qualifications

• Candidates must have a LCSW clinical licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes is required.
• Candidates must have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week for full-time status.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.
