Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an appropriate Tennessee license (LCSW/LPC or psychology).
• Experience in outpatient mental health services preferred.
• Ability to complete documentation within established time frames.

Responsibilities

• Provide approximately twenty-five (25) billable therapy sessions weekly.
• Professionally document each service rendered to a client.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Develop evidence-based, solution-focused treatment plans with measurable objectives.
• Collaborate with the local multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Remain current with Best Practice Treatment Guidelines and attend required meetings/trainings.
