Clear Behavioral Health in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking an experienced outpatient therapist to provide professional mental health services. You will deliver individual and group psychotherapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and support clients toward recovery in a compassionate, evidence-based environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree and active registered therapist status, with at least one year of clinical experience with adults and adolescents.

Qualificações

• Hold a Master's degree.
• A minimum of 1 year's clinical experience, focusing on adult and adolescent mental health.
• Registered Therapist status (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Provide intensive individual psychotherapy to clients.
• Lead group psychotherapy sessions, developing topics based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
• Manage and deliver up to 25 client-facing service hours per week, with up to 15 hours allocated for administrative and non-billable duties.
• Responsible for the therapeutic care of clients from admission through discharge.
• Complete suicide risk assessments and Crisis Safety Plans for all at-risk teen and adult clients.
• May be expected to support additional programs or tracks, either remotely or at locations within driving distance.
