Job summary

Oceans Behavioral Hospital Pasadena seeks an Intensive Outpatient Program therapist to deliver direct clinical services to adults and seniors dealing with anxiety, depression and related conditions. The role includes assessments, interventions, treatment planning and discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a CSW/LMSW/LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPC-A or Psychologist credential and 0–1 year post-graduate experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor, or psychologist credential as listed.
• 0 to 1 year post-graduate experience in clinical practice.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to diverse age groups and populations.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical services in accordance with professional practice standards.
• Plans and conducts group therapy as assigned by program leadership.
• Completes comprehensive assessments and contributes to multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Performs case management and discharge planning.
• Communicates progress to treatment team and integrates reports across disciplines.
