Job summary

Clear Behavioral Health is seeking an outpatient therapist to deliver individual and group psychotherapy, create personalized treatment plans, and support clients in a compassionate recovery environment.

Requirements include AMFT/LMFT/LSCW credentials with a Master’s degree and at least 1 year of experience working with adults and teens. On-site schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri 8:30am–5:00pm; pay: $30–$38/hr.

Qualifications

• Registered therapist status or equivalent (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• Master's degree required with licensure eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with adults and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual psychotherapy to clients.
• Lead group psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Manage up to 25 client-facing hours per week with admin time.
• Complete suicide risk assessments and safety planning.
• Collaborate with counselors to coordinate care and treatment planning.
