Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks outpatient therapists to join our Massachusetts team. You will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy across five on-site locations, operating as a W-2 employee with either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly positions.

We offer stability with guaranteed salary for full-time clinicians, plus incentives, a $3,000 Stay-on bonus after probation, health and retirement benefits, paid time off, and professional growth support to help you thrive

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years.
• Current Massachusetts license is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Excellent time-management and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.

All clinicians are W-2 employees, offering either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions. Our full-time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation, even when clients cancel—as we believe your time and expertise should be valued.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Who You Are

• Have your Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Will have your Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
• Must be able to provide services in-office. Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Compensation

• Full Time Salary: Full-time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
