Job summary

Health Connect America in the United States seeks a licensed therapist to provide high-quality mental health services across programs, including individual, group, and family therapy. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Must be eligible for LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.
• MS/DMH certification acceptable depending on state.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine needs and interventions.
• Create individualized treatment plans with clients, families, and the treatment team.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions; monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Accurately document client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team; participate in treatment planning and crisis intervention as needed.

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
