Job summary

Ellie Mental Health — Colorado Springs is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join a team dedicated to expanding access to quality care. You will evaluate diagnoses, create treatment plans, and provide therapy with a hybrid schedule that combines telehealth and in‑person sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with DORA as licensed mental health professional in Colorado.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to model appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EMR systems (Valant a plus).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation per policy.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 billable hours per week for full‑time status.
