Founded in 2015, Ellie emphasizes destigmatizing mental health and expanding franchise clinics nationwide. The role focuses on evaluating diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and providing collaborative, client-centered therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college/university
• Clinical licensure as LPC-MHSP
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to set and maintain professional boundaries with clients
• Timely completion and submission of documentation
• Comfort working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus)
• Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/implement treatment plans
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week for full-time clinicians
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and schools
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Perform other meaningful duties as needed
