Qualifications

• Must hold OH clinical licensure (LSW/LISW, etc.).
• Demonstrate stable, professional boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation within 24 hours.
• Comfortable working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a plus; includes collecting co-pays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team to serve the community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR system.
