You will diagnose and implement individualized plans, collaborate with a dynamic team, and maintain clinical documentation. A master’s degree in behavioral sciences and current licensure eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field and on track for licensure.
• Clinical licensure in LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, or LP.
• Ability to maintain clinical boundaries with clients.
• Submit documentation within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR system.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 15 visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, and school staff.
• Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.
