Ellie Mental Health -Memphis and the Mid-South seeks an Outpatient Therapist to help expand access to quality mental health care in a values-driven environment.

You will evaluate diagnoses, develop and monitor treatment plans, and coordinate with a collaborative team to serve a diverse community. The role emphasizes creativity in interventions and thorough documentation while supporting a flexible, client-centered approach.

Formación

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited institution and licensure in progress.
• Current or imminent LPC-MHSP licensure.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents timely.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
• Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation per policy.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per guidelines.
• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, school personnel, and other staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Other meaningful duties as required.
