Easterseals PORT Health in Whiteville, NC seeks an Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered therapy for clients with mental health and/or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic. You’ll conduct assessments, develop goals, and lead therapy groups using art, mindfulness, or other approaches.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree and mental health licensure (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT); dual LCAS is preferred. Full benefits, PSLF eligibility, and licensure supervision support are offered.

As an Outpatient Therapist on the team, you’ll play a vital role in helping both youth and adults build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations.
