High Plains Mental Health Center in Osborne, Kansas is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients with diverse mental health needs. You will conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer evidence‑based support to promote recovery.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Current Kansas BSRB licensure as one of the following: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Master Level Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist
• Licensed Master Social Worker (clinical track) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker
• Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with Mental Health Training track (or equivalent experience)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability requirements (if using Center vehicle)
• Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment drug screening

• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular clinical supervision, constructive feedback, and active participation in team meetings—helping you achieve your personal career goals and setting you up for long‑term success.

Pay: from $64,218 per year (salaried) | Incentive Pay | $7,500-9,000 SIGN-ON BONUS | $200 optional Saturday clinic bonus

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (+ >3 hours outside normal business hours per week | 40 hours / week total)
