Job summary

High Plains Mental Health Center in Phillipsburg, KS is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy. You will conduct intake assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
  • Licensed Psychologist or LMHP or Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist
  • Licensed MSW (clinical track) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker
  • Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with Mental Health Training track
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability requirements
  • Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment drug screening

  • Design and implement personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that empower clients and promote progress

from $64,218 per year (salaried) | Incentive Pay | $7,500-9,000 SIGN-ON BONUS | $200 optional Saturday clinic bonus

Full-Time | In-Person

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (+ >3 hours outside normal business hours per week | 40 hours / week total)

Requirements
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
