Job summary

Illinois Pain & Spine Institute in Barrington is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for their outpatient surgery center. You will enjoy a weekday schedule (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM) which ensures no overnight shifts.

This role involves assessing patients, monitoring care, and collaborating with surgeons and staff. Candidates must have an active Illinois RN license, an ADN or higher, and at least 1 year of OR or PACU experience.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of OR and/or PACU experience is needed.
• Commitment to patient safety and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-procedure assessments and monitor patient status throughout care.
• Provide nursing care before, during, and after procedures, including recovery.
• Develop and maintain individualized nursing care plans.
