Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC seeks a skilled RN to join our perioperative team. The PACU and Admission/Discharge roles require clinical excellence, careful communication, and a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery setting.

You will assess, monitor, and discharge patients, collaborate with surgeons and staff, and participate in quality improvement. BSN preferred; Illinois RN license, BLS/ALS required; ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Valid State of Illinois RN license.
• BLS and ALS certifications required.
• Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PACU/Recovery nursing care to post-anesthetic patients.
• Perform admission and discharge nursing activities.
• Assess patient needs and communicate with the perioperative team.
• Document care in charts clearly and timely.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and equipment readiness.
