The ideal candidate has 1+ year of outpatient clinic experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Epic/FAST and scheduling tools like UKG/Kronos, Excel or Tableau.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in outpatient clinic/medical office.
• Experience with Epic or FAST.
• 2+ years scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience with UKG/Kronos, Excel or Tableau.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff/provider schedules.
• Manage staffing coverage, time-off requests, and last-minute changes.
• Update schedules in UKG/Kronos.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and staffing compliance.
• Coordinate weekend/holiday coverage.
• Prepare staffing reports and identify process improvements.
