You will create and maintain staffing coverage, process time-off requests, coordinate weekend/holiday coverage, and update schedules in UKG/Kronos and Epic or FAST. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential; 1+ year outpatient clinic experience and a high school diploma are required, with 2+ years in scheduling

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of outpatient clinic/medical office experience required.
• Experience with Epic or FAST preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• 2+ years scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience with UKG/Kronos, Excel, or Tableau desired.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff/provider schedules.
• Manage staffing coverage, time-off requests, and last-minute changes.
• Update schedules in UKG/Kronos.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and staffing compliance.
• Coordinate weekend/holiday coverage.
• Prepare staffing reports and identify process improvements.
