• Education: Pharm.D degree
• Must have at least 3 years of outpatient pharmacy experience
• Must have at least 2 years of Specialty Pharmacy experience or exposure to clinic programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Provide drug information to patients and clinicians and counsel on proper use
