Job summary

UCSF Health is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist II to provide pharmaceutical care across inpatient settings within the UCSF Health System. You will review medications, educate patients and staff, and collaborate with physicians, nurses and other clinicians to optimize therapy and ensure safety.

Requires PharmD, CA license, BLS, and ASHP PGY1 residency or 3+ years inpatient experience preferred. Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to excellence in patient care at UCSF.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent as determined by the National Board of Pharmacy.
• Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of California.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
