Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients across UCSF Health inpatient locations, including medication histories and therapy reviews.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other health professionals to optimize drug therapy and ensure safe medication use.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper medication use and potential adverse effects.
