Job summary

The Staff II Pharmacist will provide comprehensive direct patient care across ambulatory care settings at UC San Diego Health.

The pharmacist will conduct virtual and in-person patient visits, focusing on the safe, effective, and evidence-based management of medication therapy for patients with acute and/or chronic disease states, including those receiving high-cost, high-risk, or complex medication regimens.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required.
• Pharmacist license in California required.
• Experience pathways: PGY2 or PGY1+1 year or 4 years pharmacist experience.
