Job summary

University Behavioral Health of Denton is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership and strategic planning for our facility's clinical programs. You will oversee budget control, clinical service management systems, intake and assessment activities, utilization review, regulatory compliance, and business development coordination.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Health and Human Service is required.
• 1 year experience in a mental health setting performing group, individual and/or family therapy with children and adolescents.
• 1 year of administrative experience supervising other clinicians.
• Must possess a clinical license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-S, LPC-A, PMH-NP).
• Strong knowledge of current evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an organized clinical services program based on the specialized patient populations.
• Maintain compliance with clinical program policy manual.
• Maintain and allocate a well-qualified core of staff resources according to approved FTE guidelines.
• Ensure hiring, disciplinary actions and termination procedures follow hospital policies and are coordinated with HR and Outpatient Services Directors.
• Ensure adequate supervision and timely written evaluations for all staff per policy.
