Job summary

Fremont Hospital is seeking a Program Manager of Outpatient Services to lead the day-to-day operations of partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and chemical dependency IOP programs. You will supervise therapists and clinical staff, collaborate with Medical Directors, and ensure efficient patient care from assessments through discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (doctorate preferred) in mental health/behavioral sciences or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Extensive lead/managerial experience in psychiatric/mental health settings.
• Appropriate state licensure in mental health (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, LP).
• CPR with AED certification current; CPI training within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting with prevention measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and chemical dependency IOP programs.
• Provide leadership and direct supervision to therapists and technical staff.
• Coordinate patient care, including assessments, discharge planning, and collaboration with other providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage department resources while resolving issues.
