Heritage Oaks Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, Inc., is seeking an Outpatient Clinical Program Manager to provide administrative leadership and clinical supervision for the Outpatient Services Department in Sacramento, CA. The role includes oversight of a multidisciplinary team across programs like PHP and IOP.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work and valid California licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (JCAHO, CMS, OSHA) and patient rights.
• Experience supervising a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Experience in psychiatric/mental health settings and clinical management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership and clinical supervision to Outpatient Services.
• Manage administrative and clinical processes across all Outpatient programs.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team (RNs, therapists, case managers, licensed therapists).
• Lead and coordinate programs including PHP, IOP, and related services for adolescents and adults.
