Job summary

Heritage Oaks Hospital, part of the Universal Health Services family, seeks an Outpatient Clinical Manager to lead the Outpatient Services Department. The role provides administrative leadership and clinical oversight for a growing multidisciplinary team, including RNs, therapists, and case managers, across multiple programs such as PHP, IOP, and adolescent services.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Counseling/ Psychology/ Social Work and licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) in California,

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in social work or related field; licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Five+ years in psychiatric/mental health; two+ years in advanced clinical/management preferred.
• California LCSW/LMFT/LPCC license and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership and clinical supervision to the Outpatient Services.
• Ensure psychosocial treatment programs meet patient/community needs and regulatory standards.
• Oversee administrative and clinical processes for all Outpatient Services.
