Job summary

Haymarket Center is seeking a Manager to direct day-to-day operations of multiple outpatient programs, including Intensive and Conventional Outpatient, DUI, and DCFS-related outpatient services.

The role focuses on administrative and clinical supervision of counselors, chart review, performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to policies. Strong leadership and coordination with multiple departments are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field required.
• LPC, LCPC, LSW or LCSW licensure required.
• At least two years' experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to counselors and support staff.
• Review charts for accuracy and adherence to charting standards.
• Complete evaluations and disciplinary steps as needed.
• Implement directives from Clinical Director and Assistant Clinical Director.
• Provide group and individual counseling when needed.
