Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of administrative and operational duties for the outpatient facility.
• Facilitate communication between the Director of Outpatient Services, clinic staff, and key management personnel.
• Support routine administrative projects and initiatives for the Director of Outpatient Services.
• Provide follow-up on assignments given to staff by the Director of Outpatient Services or facility leadership.
• Perform specialized and complex administrative work requiring independent judgment.
• Complete assignments accurately, in a timely manner, and within established procedural guidelines.
• Contribute to Performance Improvement initiatives as requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Outpatient Services Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the outpatient clinic, which may include patient-facing activities, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with clinic staff and leadership. This position ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic and supports administrative initiatives as needed.

Essential Functions:

1. Performs a wide variety of administrative and operational duties as required for the daily operation of the outpatient facility, which may include patient-facing activities.
2. Facilitates communication between the Director of Outpatient Services, clinic staff, and key management personnel.
3. Supports routine administrative projects and initiatives for the Director of Outpatient Services, including research and analysis as needed.
4. Provides follow-up on assignments given to staff by the Director of Outpatient Services or facility leadership.
5. Performs specialized and complex administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment.
6. Completes assignments accurately, in a timely manner, and within established procedural guidelines.
7. Contributes to Performance Improvement initiatives as requested.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned, which may include operational or patient-facing responsibilities.
