Job summary

Greenleaf Behavioral Health Hospital in Valdosta, Georgia seeks an experienced Director of Outpatient Services to lead our PHP and IOP programs, drive clinical excellence, and oversee day-to-day outpatient operations. The role partners with physicians, clinicians, and referral sources to improve patient outcomes, expand access to care, and strengthen the continuum from inpatient to outpatient services.

You will mentor staff, monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and help shape growth

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate-level Licensed Clinician (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
• Minimum of 4 years in behavioral healthcare, including 2+ years in operations and managerial roles.
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PHP and IOP operations and facilitate groups as needed.
• Achieve key business objectives: admissions, visits, revenue, EBITDA, patient retention, satisfaction, and outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead outpatient services growth and build partnerships with referral sources.
• Coordinate weekly group topics and balance clinician workload.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and program development.
• Hire, supervise, and mentor clinical and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
