Job summary

Acadia Healthcare and Orlando Health have formed a joint venture to develop a state‑of‑the‑art 144‑bed behavioral health hospital in the Orlando area. The Director of Outpatient Services will oversee PHP and IOP programs, lead day‑to‑day operations, and drive performance across clinical quality, patient experience, and growth.

The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician with a Master’s or Doctorate and at least four years in behavioral health, including two years in operations or management.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician credential.
• Minimum 4 years in behavioral healthcare with 2+ years of operations/managerial experience.
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels preferred.
• Licensed in the U.S. (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of PHP and IOP services.
• Drive financial performance and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation and contracts.
• Lead hiring, training, and staff development.
• Coordinate with leadership for strategic growth.
