Haverhill Pavilion Behavioral Health in Haverhill, MA is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to lead PHP/IOP programs and drive clinical and operational excellence. This onsite role reports to senior leadership and focuses on growing referrals, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician with 4+ years in behavioral health and strong leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).
• Minimum 4 years in behavioral healthcare with 2+ years in operations/management.
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and clinical PHP/IOP services, including group facilitation.
• Achieve business objectives: ADC, visits, revenue, EBITDA, patient retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across departments.
• Lead and mentor clinical and support staff; coordinate weekly group topics and assignments.
