Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Service Line Administration Senior Analyst for Outpatient Care Powell. You will work with senior service line admins to develop strategic plans, drive policy changes, and identify operational improvements across the Powell location.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians, outreach, marketing, and communications to implement effective strategies and directing administrative functions for multiple service lines within the James system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriate field or equivalent with 3–8 years of healthcare admin experience.
• Graduate Degree in nursing, business or health care administration from an accredited school.
• Professional certifications preferred.
• Record of leadership experience; minimum 1 year in leadership roles.
• Oncology and ambulatory care administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with collective bargaining and labor relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term plans to accomplish strategic initiatives for the Powell location.
• Lead development of vision, direction, process improvement and compliance for the service lines.
• Collaborate with physicians, outreach, marketing, and communications to implement strategies.
• Direct administrative functions for the service lines and coordinate with senior leadership.
