Job summary

The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC-James) seeks a Service Line Administrator to partner with multiple service lines at the Powell location. You will help develop long-term plans, drive strategic initiatives, and coordinate cross-unit programs to deliver value-added services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with 3–8 years healthcare admin experience.
• Graduate degree in nursing, business or health care administration required.
• Leadership experience with at least 1 year in leadership roles.
• Fellowship training may offset direct leadership experience.
• Oncology and ambulatory care admin experience preferred.
• Experience with collective bargaining and labor relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service line administration across the Powell location.
• Lead strategic development and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, outreach, marketing, and communications to implement strategies.
• Direct administrative functions for the service lines and report to senior leadership.
• Represent The James at local and regional levels, liaising with partner organizations.
