• Verifies the accuracy of patient name, diagnosis, physician, etc., obtaining all necessary information.
• Communicate any changes in schedule.
• Immediately enters cancellations in computer system.
• Attempts to reschedule appointment as needed.
• Contacts scheduled patients in the event of equipment failure.
• Coordinates schedules with other departments as appropriate.
• Does Clerk/Receptionist duties as needed.
