Responsibilities

• Registers patients, schedules appointments, answers calls and directs to staff.
• Rooms patients, takes vital signs, records medical histories, prepares patients for examination, draws blood.
• Administers medications as directed by physician or mid-level provider.
• Maintains accurate and complete medical records and communicates with patients and families.
• Supports efficient patient/visitor flow and maintains organized environment.
• Demonstrates flexibility to meet staffing needs of the practice.
