Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CPR and de-escalation certification provided during orientation.
• Preferred: Associates degree.
• Minimum 1 year security experience; preferred in behavioral health.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular rounds of Outpatient facility and surrounding grounds to ensure safety and monitor for hazards.
• Respond calmly to behavioral incidents or emergencies using trauma-informed, non-coercive approaches.
• Report and document incidents, safety concerns, and behavioral observations promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents' rights and dignity at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of fire and disaster procedures and perform related duties as assigned.
